James Robert "Bob" Williamson

December 1, 1866* - December 30, 1894
James Robert "Bob" Williamson was born December 1, 1866 in Rankin Co., MS and was the son of Anslem Morgan Williamson and Felicia Ann Irby. He married Ella Bathsheba Stovall, the daughter of George Samuel Stovall and Sarah "Sally" Maddox Pyburn on July 23, 1891 in Winn Parish, LA. Ella and Bob had two children before his death on December 30, 1894;
Elizabeth Belle "Lizzie Belle" Williamson born April 27 1892 in Stovall, LA. Lizzie Belle married James Rueben Robinson.
George Robert "Bobby" Williamson born May 8, 1892 in Stovall, LA. Bobby married first married Willie Mae Houston December 15, 1915 in Jackson Parish, LA. They divorced in 1930 in Rapides Parish, LA. He next married Norma Gladys Evans on January 6, 1932.
Bob is buried between his mother, Mrs. F.A. Williamson (Felicia Ann) and Ella. He was only 28 years old at the time of his death.
*Bob's headstone recites year of birth as 1851. This is incorrect. Census records indicate he was not born until 1866. He first appears as a 4 year old in the 1870 Rankin Co., MS census with his family and a 13 year old in 1880 Simpson Co., MS census.
